LMFT

I work collaboratively with individuals and families to reconnect with themselves and the people they care about.  One of my specialties is working with teenagers to prepare for adulthood.  I have many years of experience working with trauma, anxiety, and relationships.  If you, or someone you care about would benefit from talking with a therapist, give us a call.  I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

I work with children, adults and seniors.  I have a strengths-based approach to helping people reach their goals.  When you’re not sure what’s not working in your life or you feel like something needs to change, I can help you take a deep breath and figure out what your next steps might be.  We each have our own wisdom and together we can explore possibilities.

Aloha! As a Family Therapist, I have worked with individuals, couples, youth of all ages and families for about 14 years. I have been trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and can provide Christian Counseling if requested. My past experience includes working with families in crisis, youth at risk for suicide, Juvenile Drug Court (JDC) youth and their families, and have focused on emotion management, healthy communication skills, parenting and recovery from substance use. I believe that every person has value and has the potential to be the best person they can be.
