Our Therapists

Janina (Nina) Martin

LCSW

Nina Martin, LCSW is trained in Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP). She provides services that help young children (ages 0-5) and families recover and heal after stressful or traumatic events. CPP may help when children have been through scary or painful events such as loss of a loved one, abuse or violence, change in caregivers or you can see us if you want to improve child/parent relationships.

Natalia Villegas

MSCP

Natalia Villegas, MSCP is trained in Brief Strategic Family Therapy (BSFT). If you want to work on being a better parent, turn negative arguments with your child into positive communication, get your family moving towards stronger relationships, then BSFT might be right for your family. If you have a child or children ages 6-18 this could be a good fit for you.

Both of these types of therapy are evidenced based and proven effective through research and practice. We work with your family to create the change you want to see.

Rena Pascual,

MSCP

Rena has experience in working with clients across the lifespan, from children and adolescents to adults and older adults. She has helped clients navigate various life challenges. By fostering a strong therapeutic alliance, she aims to
create a solid foundation for healing and growth. When working with families she is trained in Brief Strategic Family Therapy (BSFT). If you feel stuck in patterns of conflict or communication breakdowns and have a child or children between the ages of 6-17 this may be a possible option for you.
